The Final Blog

As we finish our final assignments for this Masters program, I wish I could have spent the past month attending classes with my peers. Although I am impressed that everything worked smoothly through zoom, I much prefer the classroom experience. Taking exams from home is weirdly more stressful because everyone in my house is also working from home/ taking online classes, so it can get a bit rowdy. I hope everyone is staying calm and collected during quarantine. This is a strange and stressful time for everyone, but it is so important to keep those at risk for Covid-19 safe. Reflecting on the past year, I have grown in many ways. This program has helped me on my path to become a dentist. Medical Pharmacology was my favorite course, and it helped me the most in studying for the DAT, with a strong core review in all physiologic processes. I am taking the DAT at the end of May, and going through all of the body systems helped round out my studies for the biology portion of the DAT. Before
